How to update the Orchestration Scheduler Username or Password (Rest.ini) Using Centralized configuration (Starting with Tools Release 9.2.7.3).

Goal

There are two Rest.ini files that need to be updated when updating the Orchestration Scheduler username or password (PW). One on the AIS server and one in the WLS directory. Using the Centralized configuration feature of Server Manager Console (SMC), this will update both Rest.ini files at one time.
