Symptoms

Sales Update (R42800) Report Shows No Journal Entry for Revenue G/L Account for Item Sold at Price of Zero and no Revenue Account appears in the Journal Entries (F0911) table.

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Create a sales order for an item with a price of zero.
  2. Process the order through Sales Update (R42800)
  3. Sales Update (R42800) Report PDF shows no Journal Entry for Revenue G/L Account for the Item Sold at Price of Zero.
  4. Check the Journal Entries (F0911) table.
  5. There is no entry Journal Entry for the Revenue Account for an Amount of 0.00.
