Not All Fields in Environment Director (P989400) Form W989400D Are Visible

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

1.  Start Solution Explorer and log into E1 (Environment: JDEPLAN, Role: *ALL)
2.  If the Tip of the Day appears, click Close
3.  Fast Path: P989400
4.  Select Create / copy to a New Environment
5.  Click Next ->
6.  Select Copy Environment
7.  Populate Existing Environment: PS920
8.  Click Next ->
9.  Leave Director selected. Click Next ->
10. Populate the new Environment Name (e.g., PS920TEST)
11. Click Next ->
12. Click Yes
13. In this form, select Copy an Existing Path Code
14. The Existing Package Name field appears, along with another field at the bottom of the form that is barely visible
15. The problems with this form (Application: P989400 (Environment Director), Form Name: W989400D (Path Code)) are the following:

15a. The bottom field's contents are completely unreadable, because you cannot see enough of the blank to read them.
15b. It is almost impossible to get into this blank to populate it. You can tab into it from the Existing Package Name field, but if you are trying to use the mouse, there is an extremely narrow vertical range in which you can click into the blank.
15c. The name of the field below Existing Package Name is not visible, even if you maximize the P989400 - [Path Code] window.

DESIRED OUTCOME

All of the fields and their labels in this form W989400D should be visible.
