E1: 15: P15062 Property Revisions Does Not Accept Same Date Date Range for Building Setup (Doc ID 2971706.1)

When Required Standards Protection is set to 1 on both P1506 and P15062 PO settings, same-day date ranges in the P15062 are not accepted

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set Required Standards Protection to 1 on P1506/P15062 Property/Building Information processing options

2. Add date range 1/1/22-12/8/22 on line 1 for REN via P15062, add 12/9/22-12/9/22 for REN on line 2

3. Click ok, the screen freezes and when logging back in and inquiring on the building in question the end date wasn't accepted
