E1: 76B: Garbage Characters Are Populated In Nota Fiscal Detail Tributary Situations F76B012 and F76B1010 Tables When Missing Setup on IPI Legal Framing (F7613B) (Doc ID 2972506.1)

Symptoms

When the inbound Nota Fiscal is generated by P4312BR and the transaction nature + IPI Tributary Situation is not setup in IPI Legal Frame (F7613B); system is recording strange character on the F76B012.76BIPILF, F76B1010.B76FCI and F76B1010.B76TIPI.
Issue has been noticed after the implementation of the Release 23 when the system verify this information in the F7613B table.

Steps:

1. Setup the User Profile for Brazilian Localization be applied, set Country Code to value = "BR"
2. Make sure there is no setup in Work With IPI Legal Framing Code for a combination of Transaction Nature + Transaction Nature Suffix + IPI Tax Situation which will be used in the transaction
3. P4310 – Enter Purchase Order from menu G76B4311
4. P4312 – Receipts by PO and Generate a Inbound Nota Fiscal from menu G76B4311
5. Databrowser - Inquire the Nota Fiscal Detail - Tributary Situations (F76B012) the field 76BIPILF and see that, the content has a strange characters.
6. Databrowser - Inquire the F76B1010 (Tag File Nota Fiscal Detail), the fields B76FCI and B76TIPI and see that, the content has a strange characters.
