E1: 31/31A/32: Gross Pay (GPAY) Is Not Carried Over To F3112 From F31122 When Using Employee Rate and Labor Rate Source = 2 in Standard Costing (Doc ID 2972515.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

We use Standard Costing due to Configurator not supporting Actual Cost. Gross pay is not carried over to F3112 - Routing table from the F31122 - Hours & Quantities table using the Employee Rate (HRT) for the labour (labor) rate (LARS).

When the R31422 - Hours & Quantities Update is run to process records from the Time Transaction table (F31122), it brings the Labor Hours over to the Routing table (F3112) however, the Gross Pay (GPAY) field is not carried over. Manufacturing constants are set to use Labor Rate Source (LARS) - 2 Amounts but the R31422 keeps searching for work centre (center) rate which we do not want to use.

Need the F31122 - Hours & Quantities table to take the Gross Pay (GPAY) field, when the R31422 - Hours & Quantities Update is run which, is populated using the employee rate, over to the F3112 instead of having to have a frozen work center rate.
