When using Global Order Promising Mode (Tab 24-Global Order Promising, # 1. Global Order Promising = 1) on P4210 Sales Order Entry, then the information available under the Additional Header Information tab is being cleared/blanked out when re-inquiring with NO changes made.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE

1. Create a version of P4210 set under the Tab 24-Global Order Promising with # 1. Global Order Promising = 1 Global Order Promising Mode.
2. Create an SO or ST order and add some information under the Additional Header Information tab.
3. Save and place the sales order.
4. Re-inquire on the sales order.
5. Go to the detail line without making any changes.
6. Save and place the sales order.
7. Re-inquire on the sales order.
8. Notice the information available under the Additional Header Information tab has been blanked out.
