Symptoms

When an employee with not payment for the current Fiscal Year and is terminated, the termination details are not considered in STP Processing.

Steps:
1.Inquire upon an existing employee with no-pay in the current fiscal year in F06166 (Pay Check History Tax Ledger).
2.Terminate the above employee in current FY in P0801 (Employee Master).
3.In P75A0008 (Termination Entry) include the Termination details of the employee for STP processing.
4.Submit for STP processing using P75A700
5.Review the employee details in P75A700.The terminated employee is not shown.
