Goal

Is there a DBA Table Method that will calculate Employee Hourly Rate (PHRT) and/or is it possible to copy and create a new calculation table method that uses hourly rate and multiples it with the rate 1.125% (percentage) set in the table?
So for example, if an employee's hourly rate is $30.28, the calculation would be $30.28 * 112.5%, making the deduction for the DBA $34.07.
