Symptoms

Work with Loads (P4960) does not confirm second load in pooled shipments and shipments are not Shipped/Delivered.

For setup details please see E1: 49: How To Create Pooled Shipments (Doc ID 625516.1)

Steps:

1.    Go to P4210 and create sales order and all shipments for the initial load.
2.    Create load (using P4960) from origin depot to distribution hub, remember to add intermediate address of distribution facility.
3.    Go to P4960 and approve Load to create multiple shipment routing steps.
4.    Un-approve Load to set shipment status for all shipments back to status 10.
5.    Build loads from distribution hub to intermediate/final destination, adding only the second routing step from each desired shipment.
6.    Repeat until the last routing step for each shipment has been placed on a load.
7.    Re-Approve the main load from depot to distribution hub.
8.    Approve loads from distribution hub to intermediate/final destination.
9.    Confirm load from depot to distribution hub using Load Confirm - Hub.  At this point, inventory will be relieved.
10.   Confirm loads from distribution hub to intermediary destination using Load Confirm - Intermediate Destination (if applicable).
11.   Confirm loads from distribution hub or intermediate destination to final destination using Load Confirm but P4960 does not confirm second load in pooled shipments and shipments are not Shipped/Delivered.
