Symptoms

When attempting to run the XMLP reporting with the new QR Code functionality in embedded BI Publisher 12.2.1.4.0, unable to get the QR CODE to display, the following error occurs.

XDO logging:

Secondary Issue:

Running a Report Definition (RD) and viewing the PDF output properties.

PDF > File > Properties and From "Description" tab PDF Producer: Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.6.9 vs. 12.2.1.4.0

Reference knowledge E1: XMLP: BI Publisher (BIP) Supported Desktop Versions, Microsoft Word Versions and Required Table OCMs (Doc ID 2198754.1) for correct BI Publisher engine delivered with the E1 Tools.
