E1: 31: Unable to Search on All Open Rate Schedules for a Period in Enter/Change Rate Schedule (P3109) - Leaving Both Line/Cell and Item Number Fields Results in Blank Invalid (0003) Error (Doc ID 2979266.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to inquire on all open Rate Schedules for a specific date range and branch by leaving the Line/Cell and Item Number fields blank, the following error occurs:

Blanks Invalid
CAUSE: The data field being processed does not allow blanks or zeros to be entered.
RESOLUTION: Enter a non-blank or non-zero value.

Error ID 0003

The program either requires a value in the Rate/Cell field, the Item Number field or both. This prevents the user from seeing all Rate Schedule Items for any Line/Cell for a given time period.

Steps:
1. Add multiple Rate Schedule orders (P3109) for different Line/Cells and parent Item Numbers and different dates.
2. Return to Work with Rate Schedules (P3109, form W3109B); enter the Branch Plant and Effective From/Through Dates, but leave the Line/Cell and Item Number fields blank.
3.Click on the find button, and notice the following error is produced:
