Symptoms

When attempting to inquire a routing cost for an item in the Work With Costed Routing/Process program (P30208) ends in an error.

"No Routing or Process Exists" and Error Id 1198

Steps

1. P30208 - Inquire on an item xxxx.
2. Observe it ends in an error "No Routing or Process Exists".
