E1: 07: P051121 is not following the timecard override on Job Location for Tax Area (Doc ID 2980791.1)

Time entry program P051121 is retrieving the incorrect tax area when an override job location (MCUO) is entered.  This occurs regardless of the pay type being used, the system is ignoring the job location input.

P059051A BUs 1 and 50 Tax Area-Payroll = blank, BU 8 Tax Area-Payroll = COLORADO
P069043 AAIs for Pay Type 801
 
1. From P051121 add time with pay type 801 and override Job Location
2. Click enter
3. Notice tax area is not following settings from P51006
4. Now add a second line, for pay type 801, manually enter the account number = 8.8192 and Job Location =8
5. Click enter
6. The system is not following the timecard override for Job Location. Only with the manual account number entered tax area show as expected.
