Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
For release 9.2 in an IBM AS400 environment, when text attachments are added for sales order (SO) lines via SO Entry (P4210/P42101) with related WO lines (W Line type - LNTY) and there is at least one S line type line (no attachment), the related Work Order (WO) results in no attachment created on the WO side in Text table (F00165). The order also has a credit hold.
Note: If the order has all W line type sales detail lines, the issue does not occur.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Create sales order (P4210/P42101).
2. Enter line 1.000 with W LNTY with text attachment, save the order.
3. Re-inquire on SO and enter line 2.000 with S LNTY (no attachment).
4. Enter line 3.000 with W LNTY with text attachment.
5. Save and re-inquire on the sales order.
6. Check WO and text attachments are not present.
Note: You can do this all at one time, or save after the first line and add more lines.
