E1: ORCH: Notification Email not showing Shortcut After Upgrade to 9.2.7.X (Doc ID 2981125.1)

Symptoms

Recently upgraded from 9.2.5.3 to 9.2.7.4 and since then an existing Notification is no longer providing the shortcut on the body of the message sent(no link at all). This was working before.
STEPS TO DUPLICATE:
1- Sign on to Studio
2- Click on Notifications
3- Select Notification that sends a message
4- Test Notification
5- User gets message but body does not contain shortcut

Upgraded from Tools Release 9.2.5.3
