E1: 46L: Location Capacity Workbench (P46L40) Displays Incorrect Used Volume When Confirming the Putaway Suggestion (P4617) Using Override (Doc ID 2982238.1)

Symptoms

The "Used Volume" value, from P46L40 (Location Capacity Workbench), is incorrect calculated when confirming the Putaway Suggestion (P4617) using Override the "Suggested To" Location with the "From" Location.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a purchase order (P4310) for a branch with LP module activated. Select an empty fixed location in the line of the order.
2. Receive (P4312) the order.
3. Check P4600 (Putaway Request Inquiry). The putaway request was created(P4600) for the location selected in the order.
4. Check P46L10(LP Workbench). The License plate was created in the location selected in the order.
5. Check the location in P46L40 (Location Capacity Workbench). “Used Volume” was increased from 0 to the volume of the received quantity.
6. Run R46171 (Putaway suggestion). The request was suggested.
7. Confirm the Putaway Suggestion (P4617) overriding the "Suggested To" Location with the "From" Location.
8. Check the receipt location in P46L40 (Location Capacity Workbench). “Used Volume” was decreased from the volume of the received qty to almost 0, even if the LP qty remains in this location.

In P46L40 (Location Capacity Workbench), “Used Volume” has not to be decreased because the quantity was not moved.
