Symptoms

Unable to deploy ESUs on the web client when running on the HP-UX platform.

1. Download the Web ESU desired from Update Center
2. Log into the web client and go to GH9612 -> Select Work with Software Update - Web (P96470W)
3  Import it by clicking on Form ->Import - >Chose File ->Load
4. Perform deploy by clicking on Row ->Deploy
5. Notice Web Deployment fails at 86% on workbench and Spec merge R98700W fails on Creating Project Par File
