E1: 46: R46171 (Process Pick Requests) not Running in Subsystem if Called by R46200 (Create Bulk Pick Requests) (Doc ID 2984735.1)

Last updated on JUNE 21, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Warehouse Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When running the R46171 (Process Pick Requests) from the R46200 (Create Bulk Pick Requests) in subsystem, the UBE is inserting multiple records (for each request processed) into the F986113 table at a Running (R) status. The R46171 never completes, which means no suggestions (F4611) records are created.

STEPS

1. Copy the XJDE0007 version of the R46171.
2. Add this version to the processing options of the R46200 version used to create bulk pick requests.
3. In batch versions, kick off the version of the R46171 and verify it is running in Work with Subsystems.
4. Create two sales orders for the same item number that will generate two pick requests.
5. Run the R46200 version.
6. Review the P986113. There are now three records in the application showing as running, but they never complete.
