E1: GRID: Form Extension On P311221 Fails To Save Values Without Error In Add Mode But Succes On Update Mode (Doc ID 2985932.1)

Symptoms

When using Form Extension Manager to add the fields  on the P311221_M4948901|W311221C -Work Order Time Entry , the values entered in those fields in add mode are not saved and no errors/warnings are displayed on-screen. However, in update mode, the system populates these fields correctly.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Open P311221_M4948901_W311221C
  2. Test Data: Order Number/Type: 1254783 WS Open # 20.00
  3. Add value on newly created field URRF
  4. It is not updating add mode
  5. Works fine in update mode
