Symptoms
Cursor is pointing outside the media object viewer when opening any existing or new text attachment. This issue is only happening with the enhanced media object viewer. With classic media object, it is working fine. This issue is encountered after upgrading the tools release to 9.2.7.x. It is working fine in lower tools releases.

Upgraded the tools release to 9.2.7 or above
