Symptoms

Price breakdown in R42565 Print Invoices pdf output doesn't match the Sales Order Price History breakdown.

Steps:

1. P4070/P4071/P4072 - Setup 2 adjustments definitions and add them to an adjustment schedule.
2. P4071 - First adjustment control code is set to "1 - Do not print on document".
3. P4210 - Create a sales order, add the adjustment schedule and save.
4. P4074 - Review price history and observe there are 3 price records corresponding to Base price, Adjustment 1 and Adjustment 2.
5. R42565 - Run R42565 Print Invoices report.
6. Review the R42565 pdf output and notice there are only 2 price records printed on the resulting pdf document (Base Price and Adjustment 2).
