Symptoms
Application throwing error or warning with box characters without the actual message. This appears at random time.
The issue can happen to any application, for example P4310 throwing a warning or error message displaying little box characters causing them to not be able to get to the next step.
Restarting the web instance only fix it temporary, after a short period of time the issue reappears.

1. Login to web client
2. Run any app
3. At random time, getting error with strange box characters
