Symptoms

On tools release 9.2.6.1, when attempting to create a new Workflow from Orchestrator Studio, the "New" button is not shown.



Steps to replicate:
1. Login into Orchestrator Studio
2. Click on "Workflows" tile
3. Notice that none there is no "New" button available.
