E1: 01: Address Book Data Privacy Is Not Applied On Formatted Address For Address Line 1 In P01012 Address Book (Doc ID 2988760.1)

Even if the address book data privacy is configured to mask the address for search type E, the Address Line 1 is shown in the P01012 W01012C form (Formatted Address).

STEPS
-------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Set the address format ID to 04 in the country constant for CA
2 - Make sure that the "secure address" is checked for search type E in the P01138 and that the permission list is associated to *PUBLIC
3 - Select an address book record type E for which country = CA
4 - Select the record and go into Form -> Formatted Address
5 - You should see that the address line 1 is shown even if it is supposed to be secured.
