Symptoms
After enabling Password Reset feature on Release 23 users are not receiving the password expiration message in the language which is set in their user profile (P0092).
Steps to replicate:
1. Enable Password Reset feature and configure the password expiration notifications
2. Create a dummy user and set for this user a password expiration less than the password expiration notification interval
3. Set for the newly created user a language different than the language set for the user defined in jdbj.ini for bootstrap session
4. Wait until the password expiration notification will be executed and check the email sent for the password expiration notification and notice that is sent in the language set for the user defined for bootstrap session in jdbj.ini on JAS server
