Information in this document applies to any platform.

Oracle Integration Services is part of the Visual Builder Suite used to call JDE orchestrations to gather data.
Visual Builder announced the below information.

JDK 8 and JDK 11 are being deprecated for use with the Oracle Integration on-premises connectivity agent to comply with Oracle security standards. You must upgrade to JDK 17 for Oracle Integration Generation 2 and Oracle Integration 3 before January 15, 2024.
What happens if I don't upgrade to JDK 17 before January 15, 2024?

Support for connectivity agents on JDK 8 and JDK 11 ends on December 31, 2023:
  •  You no longer receive quarterly updates for connectivity agents on JDK 8 and JDK 11
  •  You no longer receive support for any service requests submitted for connectivity agents on JDK 8 and JDK 11

Some services that depend on the connectivity agent may not function properly after January 15, 2024:
  •  To meet security requirements, traffic originating from connectivity agents on JDK 8 and JDK 11 may be blocked by Oracle

Is JDK 11 or 17 compatible with JDE?
