Any Orchestration with a Form Service Request Fails with the below message.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Using the process recorder, create a Form Service Request with the below step.

2. From Fast Path, open P01012

3. Enter a valid Address Book Number

4. Click on Find

5. Capture the return values for "Address Number" and "Alpha Name".

6. Create an orchestration with the above form service request

7. Run the orchestration

8. You will see the above error in the output.
