Symptoms

When a workflow is executed by Logic Extension that calls an Orchestration or a Notification,  it ends in Error status in Process Task Manager (P98860)

Steps to Replicate:

1. Create a Workflow that calls an orchestration and/or a notification
2. Create a Logic Extension to kick off the workflow
3. Trigger the workflow and check the status of the Workflow in P98860, the workflow is in error state.
