Symptoms
Attempts to modify a Form Extension on P4310_W4310B cause issues with field visibility and placement.
STEPS:
1. Create Form Extension on P4310 W4310B
2. Rename "Cancel Date" to "Requested ETA"
3. Make “Requested ETA” mandatory ("Mark as Required")
4. Exit the application and return - - - the fields below "Requested ETA" ("Receipt Date" and "Effective Date") are not displaying when returning to P4310 W4310B, but they are present when in Form Extension.
5. Removing Mark As Required does not bring the fields back.
6. Changing "Requested ETA" back to "Cancel Date" does not bring back the missing fields.
7. Deleting the FE via P98220U does not bring it back . . after signing off and on.
8. Record is not found in databrowser - F952439 - Central Objects
9. Clearing browser cache does not resolve issue.
Help/About on P4310 W4310B show Form Process Type: = FI = Fix/Inspect Form - - Form extension allowed/enabled in TR 9.2.3.0.
Changes
Same changes in Tools Release 9.2.6.2 work as expected (correct placement), but issues are experienced with Tools Release 9.2.6.5 and above.
