Symptoms

When attempting to override the quantity to a lesser value in Pick Confirm (P4617), the following error occurs - Duplicate not allowed (2669). This happens if a LP enabled item is picked without the full quantity on the LP and the To LPN is blank on the 2-phase suggestion.

STEPS

1. Setup an dual uom item in a LP enabled branch that will use 2-phase picking.
2. Create a new LP for the item by adjusting in inventory using the P4114 (Ex: 20 CA).
3. Create a Sales Order (P4210) for the item for less quantity than what is on the LP (Ex: 4 CA) and generate a pick request during order entry.
4. Run the R46171 to generate a suggestion.
5. In the P4617, find the order and take the row exit -->Override.
6. Update the quantity from 4 CA to 3 CA and form exit--->Confirm.
7. Error Duplicate not allowed (2669) is received. The error can be cleared by clicking on the LVL 1 UOM field.
