Symptoms

Set up a Group Limit code (P059130) to stop at 7,750.00 annually.
P059116 add two DBAs, one deduction 1904, and one benefit 1903, and populate the Group Limit in the Advance DBA Information with the same code.
Running payroll the system lets them exceed that limit value.

Steps to duplicate:
1. From P059130 adjusted the Group Limit HF to 7,750 Group Limit Annual.
2. From P059116 updated DBA 1904 to Pay Period of the Month: (1) Y and (2) Y
3. Attach the DBAs to an EE
4. From P07210 ran a payroll for Pay Type 1 80 hrs to generate historical records.
5. DBAs 1903 shows 260.42 and 1904 shows 750.00 calculated as expected.
6. From P07OTO1 added a record for EE DBA 1903 with the amount = 5992.00
7. From P07210 ran the next pay cycle, DBA 1903 was calculated for the 5,992.00 amount, and DBA 1904 was calculated for the 750.00
8. The Group Limit was exceeded by 2.42
Totals: 260.42 + 750.00 + 5,992.00 + 750.00 = 7,752.42
