Users of Applications with Grid Rows Such as Customer Service Inquiry (P4210) Desire Ability to Configure Color of Grid Rows from Values in Grid Columns

Tools Personalized Grid functionality currently allows color coding of Grid Columns but Grid ROWS cannot be highlighted with a particular color.

For example users of Customer Service Inquiry (P4210) would like to be able to to "color code" grid rows based upon order status or other field values such as:

• Shipped lines with an Actual Ship Date populated in the field could be highlighted in one color.
• Backordered lines with a Quantity Backordered populated could be highlighted in another color.
• Orders on Hold with a Hold Code populated in the field could be highlighted in a third color.
