E1: 07: Amount Rate 2 field on P059117 PDBA Setup - Advanced DBA Information, does not Retain the Checkmark After Save (Doc ID 2992532.1)

Symptoms

In P059117, PDBA Setup - Advanced DBA Information, there is a new field, 'Amount/Rate 2' that does not retain the checkmark after saved.

Steps:

  1. Access PDBA Setup - Advanced DBA Information, P059117, for a deduction that would have a 2nd amount or rate.  EX: 401k catch up.
  2. Click the 'Amount/Rate 2' box to enter a checkmark.
  3. Save the record.
  4. Re-inquire on the video and the checkmark is not there.

 

Changes

After applying ESU JN20542 - which introduced the new field, Amount/Rate 2.
