Symptoms

Development client jde.log has the below error message

TAMInitX (c:\jdesecuni.xds): Error opening index file "c:\jdesecuni.xds" :The system cannot find the file specified. WinErrNum=2. No such file or directory. Std C errno=2.

JDESPEC0000027 - TAM init failed!

Steps to replicate the issue

1. Login to the fat/development client

2. Click Help then click "About JD Edwards EnterpriseOne"

3. Open the jde.log and check the error message
