Symptoms

R34A410 SCP Inbound processor UBE completes successfully but the UBE report displays a message "TV EnterpriseOne has not completed processing the previous batch" and no records are processed.

Steps:

1. P34A11 - Define key file definitions for control, error and forecast data.
2. Setup Control, Error and Forecast flat file data in the server.
3. R34A410 - Setup processing options to inbound forecast data.
4. Run R34A410.
5. Review the UBE pdf output and observe there is a message "TV EnterpriseOne has not completed processing the previous batch" and no records are processed.
