Symptoms

Simulating (R30812) and freezing (R30835) the item cost to update standard cost (07) with current cost (04 - costing method) doesn't work when current cost is set to a value of 0.00 and the standard cost is updated manually.

Steps:

1. P4101/P41026 - Setup a purchased item GP-MAPC-BASE1.1 and standard cost (07) to  $10.
2. R30812/R30835 - Simulate and freeze cost.
3. P30026 - Component cost shows frozen cost as $10.
4. P4105 - Add a cost record for cost method (04) and set that value to $0.
5. R30812/R30835 - Simulate and freeze cost.
6. P30026 - Component frozen cost is updated and shows as $0.
7. P4107 - Standard cost is updated as $0.
8. P4105 - Manually changed the standard cost to $5.
9. R30812/R30835 - Simulate and freeze cost to update standard cost with current cost.
11. P30026 - Component frozen cost is still blank.
12.  P4107 - Standard cost is NOT updated as $0.
