E1: ORCH: Workflow Missing Business Function Mapping Details Information In Orchestrator Studio (Doc ID 2993119.1)

Symptoms

Starting with Tools Release 9.2.6.4, you can create a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne workflow process in Orchestrator Studio Workflows. Prior to this release, creation of a workflow process was limited to OMW. But the issue has been seen that after upgrading to TR9.2.6.X and above, the custom workflows do not contain any detail. Workflow opens successfully without any issues, but when we click on a task, the detail information of Business Function attached to the workflow is missing.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Log In into ORCH Studio
  2. Click WorkFlow
  3. Open any Custom WorkFlow
  4. Click on task details of the WorkFlow

Workflow with missing details of the BSFN attached.

 

BSFN Editor window shows blank details.

Changes

 Upgrade Tools Release from 9.2.5.x to 9.2.7.x
