E1: 1099: Write 1099 Media UBE (R04515) Ends in Error Status After Installing 2023 1099 ESU JN20675 (R04515/P04515) (Doc ID 2993834.1)

Symptoms

R04515 ends in error when creating the electronic file submission for combined state and federal filing for all forms (MISC, NEC, DIV, INT and 1099G).  The issue does not exist if not filing combined.

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Install ESU JN20675.
  2. Write Media (P04515): Populate the required fields to create the electronic filing and flag box "Combined Federal State Filing".
  3. UBE R04515 ends in error status.
  4. Review the electronic file P04515A/F04515OW: the first line is blank, record A is not populated.
  5. Error in logs: OS400DT012 - BuildOutputDataMap:Table F04514WF. DB column-num 18 does not match table spec column-num 19, and JDB3400009 - Failed to perform Insert for F04514WF.
