Symptoms
When entering quantity for a LP enabled item in Cycle Count Entry (P4240), the License Plate field is protected and cannot be updated by the user.
STEPS
1. Select items for count using the R41411 for a LP item.
2. Go into the P41240 and row exit to Enter Cycle Count.
3. From form W4141A row exit to LP Detail Entry - P46L42 (Cycle Count Review - Cycle/Tag Count LPN Detail Entry).
4. The LP Number field is protected.
