Symptoms
The Colorado SUI (State Unemployment Insurance) Surcharge Pay Type HM does not calculate for an Interim (P07210i) and Payroll (P07210).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Employee (EE) with tax area residence & work to 06 (P0801).
2. Create an Interim (P07210I) and click calculate.
3. Check the Tax Detail via the Form Exit and note the HM tax type does not calculate.
