Symptoms

When attempting to create a new license plate using the P46L30 (Assign/Remove Items To License Plate), the following errors appear:

Request Could not Be Processed, HTTP Error: 504: Gateway Timeout
Web Exception is received on the Business Function CreateLicensePlatesinUOMCache

STEPS

1. Go into the WO Completions (P31114) and complete a work order. The user is taken to the P46L30.
2. Click Build and add quantity.
3. Click Build Structure.
4. On the form W46L30 (Build Structure), take the form exit Build Auto
5. After about 90 seconds, the a Timeout error is received: Request Could not Be Processed, HTTP Error: 504: Gateway Timeout
6. After about 3 minutes, the Web Exception pop-up error is received on the Business Function CreateLicensePlatesinUOMCache
