E1: 77Y: Canadian Year End Build R77120 Creates Records For Relevé 1 With an Incorrect Corporate Tax ID (BIN)

Symptoms
The Canadian Year-End Work File Build - Releve1 R77120 for 2023 creates the year-end F77200 Form ID 2 (Relevé 1) with an incorrect Corporate Tax ID. This causes an incorrect Tax ID for the Relevé 1 form.
Steps:
1. Verify the Corporate Tax ID P059081A for the company and tax type CF (Quebec).
2. Run an employee with tax area of Quebec through payroll for 2023. Note F0713 Tax History for tax type CF includes the correct Tax ID for the P059081A setup.
3. P77100 Canadian Year End Workbench create Year End ID for 2023 and select All Forms. Create a version for R77100, set Data Selection, and Submit Version Specifications. Submit the Year-End.
4. Verify in Document Inquiry for Relevé 1 the Company Tax ID is incorrect.
