E1: 09: Copy Accounts to Business Units (P09804) Should Have the Ability to Assign Account IDs that Were Previously Purged from the System (Doc ID 2999270.1)

Symptoms

 In case the Next Number for Account ID value reaches the limit of 99999999, if Purging out the inactive accounts from the Chart of Accounts to "FREE" up the Account Id (AID) numbers, and resetting the Next Number for Account Id to 1 on Next Numbers by System 09 (P0002), if running the Copy Accounts to Business Units (P09804) application, found that it does not "Fill-in" the available Next Numbers, if they are fragmented across the range of numbers.

The request is that the Copy Accounts to Business Units (P09804) application to have the ability to assign (re-use) Account IDs that were previously purged from the system, by taking into consideration the gaps existing between the ranges of the Account Id values in use.
