Symptoms

UDC Dropdown feature is enabled per E1: FDA: How to work with the UDC Dropdown Feature available with Tools Release 9.1.3 [VIDEO] (Doc ID 1542860.1).

When accessing OMW Logging in P98220W, Web Client Exception generated when clicking down arrow in QBE(Action).

Steps on Web Client:

1. Fastpath P958973 Work with Feature Definitions. Select Feature Type[Dropdown]. Type 1 in QBE(Dropdown Enabled). Click Find.

2. Note Feature Name if entry exists. If none, click ADD. Type UDC_Dropdown_Enabled in Feature Name. Check box[Enable Dropdown]. Click OK.

3. Fastpath P958974 Work with Feature Authorizations. Select Feature Type[Dropdown]. Click ADD to add entry: Login Environment, Login UserID, Feature Name from step 2, Form Name(*ALL), Object Name(P98210), Product Code(H92).

4. Fastpath P98210|W98210A. click down-arrow in QBE(Action). Web Client Error. Repeat step for Fastpath: P98210|W98210B, P98210|W98210C.
