E1: 47: EDI Inbound Product Activity UBE (R47121) Runs But Fails to Process Records or Update Inventory Tables (Doc ID 3000345.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to run EDI Inbound Product Activity UBE (R47121) the completed with D-Done status and with no Work Center Errors but it failed to process the Inbound EDI Detail (F47122) Records or update the Item Ledger (F4111) .

The following errors were observed in the Metadata Kernel Log:

OCI0000178 - Unable to execute - SELECT * FROM SY910.F9603 WHERE ( ( PHPKGNAME = :KEY1 OR PHPKGDEFFUT3 = :KEY2 ) ) ORDER BY PHPKGNAME ASC,PHPATHCD ASC
OCI0000179 - Error - ORA-01403: no data found
JDB9900401 - Failed to execute db request
PKGUTL0057 - ERROR: Package PDF101516 does not exist in F9603.
JDESPEC0000071 - WARNING : Failed to get package path code. PKG_ERROR_CODE : 9. Assume XML spec release level.
OCI0000056 - Unable to fetch - SELECT * FROM PD910.F98761PDF101516 WHERE ( RSOBNM = :KEY1 AND RSVERS = :KEY2 ) ORDER BY RSOBNM ASC,RSVERS ASC,RSRCRDTP ASC,RSGNCID1 ASC,RSGNCID2 ASC,RSWEVENT ASC,RSGNCID3 ASC
OCI0000057 - Error - ORA-01002: fetch out of sequence
JDB9900172 - Failed to execute db fetch
copySpecs() - jdeSpecFetch() failed with error code, JDESPECRESULT_JDBFAILED. Record was selected from repository using the key, R47121.+.
copyBetweenRepositories() - Failure to copy RDASPEC records for report_version R47121_+
Spec Cache creation for R47121_ENEX0002 Failed, job = 41883843

The issue was reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. User logs into PD and selects a button on the E1 Landing Page that runs Custom UBE R55RBA01.
  2. The Job launches EDI Inbound Product Activity UBE (R47121) ,
  3. After about 10 minutes the job is completed with D-Done Status.
  4. Checking the Application Tables (F47122 and F4111) no records were processed and no updates were made to inventory data.
  5. Check Work Center and there were no error messages.
