Enterprise Server running on VMware.
Symptoms
- The XML Publisher Small Job Kernel (SJK) shows zombie on Enterprise Server Manager after restarting E1 services, and/or the output is no longer created when running the Report Definition (RD) through the SJK.
- The EnterpriseOne Server is running on a Windows OS and more than likely using VMware.
- The following errors are seen in the XML Small Job Kernel jde.log:
