E1: 03B: User Reserved Number (URAB) Field Added to Standard Invoice Entry (Form W03B11SIA) with Form Extension Is Not Saved when Adding an Invoice (Doc ID 3002151.1)

Symptoms

After adding User Reserved Number (URAB) with Form Extensions to Standard Invoice Entry (W03B11SIA) the field is not saved for invoices.

Steps:

  1. Open Standard Invoice Entry (P03B11SI) and create a New Form Extension for the form W03B11SIA.
  2. Add the field with alias URAB (User Reserved Number) to the header section and Save and exit the Form Extension.
  3. Add a new record using Speed Invoice Entry (P03B11SI) and populate the new field with data and save. Note the new document number created.
  4. Search in Databrowser for the newly created document and check the User Reserved Number (URAB) column.
  5. Notice that the User Reserved Number (URAB) field is blank.
