E1: 31P: On P3411 (Detail Messages) The Related Purchase Order Is Not Updated For P31P001 Project Related Work Order In the Parts List F3111.RORN (Doc ID 3002263.1)

Symptoms

On the P3411 (Detail Messages) when there is a MRP message that has the P31P001 ETO project number, and source demand populated, the  processed message for a purchased part creates the purchase order, however, it does not update the work order parts list (F3111) in the related PO (alias RORN) field.

Steps To Duplicate:
1. ETO Project (P31P001) has a work order task type WO.  
2. Run R31410 and attach the parts list.
3. Run R3482 or R3483 to generate demand.
4. On P3411 locate the firm order for the component item and generate the PO.
5. On the Project Workbench (P31P001) take More Project Actions to the Mfg Parts list and verify that the Related PO (alias RORN) field was not updated.
