Symptoms

Unable to move waiting jobs between queues in P986110B|W986110BH -[Move Jobs]; Receiving on screen error "Server and/or Batch Queue does not exist" during the process as shown below.




Server and/or Batch Queue does not exist
CAUSE: Batch Server and/or Batch Queue does not exist
RESOLUTION: Make sure the logical server is defined. The sarver and batch queue must be defined in F986130.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to WSJ - Work With Submitted Job Search
  2. Go to Form exit to select the "Move Jobs" option
  3. On the Move Jobs form, enter the Host and Queue details under New tile box that you intend to move
